Sweet, crunchy and delicious!

This recipe is perfect if you want to make something delicious on a lazy afternoon. This recipe came from a sweet friend that I worked with for several years. I loved this caramel corn so much, she would give it to me as a gift on my birthday. I think she got tired of me asking for the Caramel Corn so she shared the recipe with me and I’ve been making it for my family and friends (and myself) ever since. It’s a good one, don’t lose this recipe!


How to Make Caramel Corn


If you’ve never made Caramel Corn, it is a bit of a labor of love because it’s takes time. First is the popping of the popcorn. Use the method that works best for you – Air Popper, Crazy Pop, on the stove, or you can easily use mircowavable popcorn.


The caramel topping is the perfect combination of sweet and buttery goodness. If you’re questioning the Butter Flavoring, don’t question it any longer, because it really brings out the buttery taste and makes it extra delicious. If you’re not a lover of butter flavor, substitute it with vanilla for a sweet and salty flavor!
