I cannot even begin to share how simple this recipe is to make (no springform pan required) and it is made with just a handful of ingredients. The light and fluffy cheesecake filling inside the graham cracker crust is a perfect combination! Top it with your favorite toppings like pie filling or fresh fruit!

Cream Cheese, Softened
White Sugar
Vanilla

How to Make Easy No-Bake Cheesecake Pie
This easy cheesecake recipe comes together in only 15 minutes plus 1 hour to set up!
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla using a rubber spatula scraping down the sides of the bowl. Once you have these ingredients fully combined, fold in the Cool Whip (NOTE: It is very important to allow the cream cheese to get to room temperature and ensure the whipped cream is thawed with no frozen chunks. This will ensure the smooth texture of the cream cheese filling.)
Step 2: Spoon the cream cheese mixture in to the prepared graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 1hour before serving!
Delicious Toppings to Pair with Cheesecake Pie
Any fresh or canned fruit goes well with this pie, but I love the canned fruit with the thick syrup over the Cheesecake Pie; it is absolutely delicious! Cherry pie filling is a classic, but try your favorite fruit pie filling like blueberry pie filling, lemon curd or another great option is a chocolate drizzle! I also love fresh berries with it as well. Pick your favorite fruit and give it a try!

How to Store Easy No-Bake Cheesecake Pie
Place the lid back on the tin-foil, store-bought graham cracker crust and re-seal the edges to keep the creamy filling fresh. You may also store the in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
