Chipped Beef Cheese Ball with Horseradish

My entire family loves appetizers. We are willing to try anything and everything, but I personally love a an easy appetizer with little prep time needed. This yummy cheese ball came from my sister from another mister and as usual, it's a good one and it's easy!

In general, homemade cheese balls are easy to make and you can alter the ingredients to make it something your whole family will love!

What You Need:

  • Cream Cheese: two blocks of full fat cream cheese at room temperature.

  • Chipped (Dried) Beef: a pressed, salty, dried beef sliced in pieces that can be found in a jar in the canned meat aisle of your grocery store or the brand name of Carl Buddig beef can be found in the refrigerated section and will need to be sliced into pieces.

  • Butter - a couple tablespoons butter makes the cheese ball creamy!

  • Onion or Green Onion: chopped into thin pieces; a little bit (or more) of the green onion can be pressed to the outside of the cheese ball if you are an onion lover!

  • Green Bell Pepper: will take this cheese ball to the next level. Chop into small pieces.

  • Horseradish: the ingredient that makes this cheese ball so delicious! Don't skip it!
