Corn Casserole

This Jiffy corn casserole recipe bakes up into an appetizing side dish that will complement any meal.

My mother-in-law and I shared this recipe back and forth, with each of us losing it separately at least one time, and has been around in our family for so long that I'm not sure where it originated from. This recipe is an oldie, but if you are a lover of corn, you should definitely give it a try and keep passing it on!

This side dish goes well with pork chops, chicken, turkey or ham. It is only six ingredients, easy to make, and a great side dish for everything from weeknight dinners to your holiday meals.

What You Need:

Whole Kernel Corn, drained

Creamed Corn, not drained

Sour Cream

Eggs

Butter, melted

Jiffy Brand Corn Muffin Mix

How to Make Corn Casserole

There are basically two steps to this recipe once you have your oven heated to 350°F and your baking dish prepared.

1. In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients and combine.

2. Pour the mixture to a prepared 8x8 inch baking pan and bake for 45 minutes. Watch the casserole while baking. You will know it is done when the center is completely set.
