Cranberry Fluff

Whole-berry cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, raspberry gelatin and whipped topping creates a light and delicious side dish that will complement your turkey or ham or whatever you have on the grill. It's not just for holidays; enjoy it year round!

This recipe came from my very best friend, a wonderful person who I have known since we were in Kindergarten. She has been making Cranberry Fluff for her family for years and when she told me about it, I had to have the recipe! I have been making it for my family at the holidays for several years, but it is so good it should be enjoyed year round! It is so easy to prepare and the recipe makes a lot, so if you have a big family, this is the perfect and tasty side dish.

What You Need

How to Make Cranberry Fluff

Just 4 ingredients brings together a delicious side dish that you can make ahead for your next family gathering!

Step 1: Prepare the gelatin to quick set directions on the box. Move the gelatin to the refrigerator and allow it to set up partially. While the gelatin is in the refrigerator for a few minutes, pour the whole berry cranberry sauce into a large bowl and mash down the cranberry sauce. Fold in the gelatin once it is partially set.

Step 2: Drain the juice from the crushed pineapple and fold into the the cranberry/gelatin mixture.

Step 3: Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Store in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

How to Store Cranberry Fluff

Store in an airtight container for up to 3-5 days in your refrigerator.
