Hello Chocolate Lovers! This easy marshmallow fluff fudge recipe is for you! Bursting with chocolate flavors, this fudge is smooth, creamy, and so delicious! A must try!
I don't always make fudge during the holiday season, but if I do I make this easy chocolate fudge recipe or Chocolate Fudge, a three ingredient, milk chocolate fudge. I've had both recipes for more than 30 years and both are really good. I am more of a milk chocolate fan, so the Creamy Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge recipe tops the list for me, personally, but both are really good!
The best thing about this easy fudge recipe is that you don't need a candy thermometer, you just need a clock so you can cook it for 5 minutes and, best of all, it is made with simple ingredients that you likely have on hand!

Tips for Making Creamy Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge
You don't need expensive chocolate for this fudge to taste good. I've used everything from store brand to name brand chocolate chips and to me, it always tastes the same
Do not over cook the fudge; make sure your cooking time is 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
If you're a marshmallow lover, add some mini marshmallows on top of the fudge mixture while it's still warm
This is a rich and decadent fudge, so I recommend cutting into smaller pieces with a sharp knife, which will make clean lines
How to Make Creamy Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge
This creamy fudge recipe is so delicious and comes together in one pan!
Step 1: In a large pan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until it comes to a full rolling boil.
Step 2: Reduce to medium-low heat and allow the ingredients to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips to the sugar mixture and mix to combine. Stir in vanilla and mix well. If you want to add nuts to the recipe, add them now.
Step 3: Pour in a prepared pan, an 8 or 9 inch square pan (or one lined with parchment paper). Top with decorations, if desired. Cover with aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator until firm before cutting into 1-inch squares.
