Tips for Making Double Chocolate Crumble Bars
Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing after each egg is added will make the bars softer and is less likely to over bake and dry out in the oven.
If you don't have mini-marshmallows, cut up large marshmallows until you have the desired amount.
Allow the bars with marshmallow top time to cool so the chocolate-butterscotch-peanut butter mixture will spread over the set marshmallows.
If you live in a warm climate, it's best to keep the bars refrigerated!
