This recipe came to me when my daughter was in high school. She came home from a team dinner that different parents hosted and was going on and on about this fruit salad. At the next game, I asked the her teammate's mom about the fruit salad. She laughed, because she knew how much my daughter loved it, and then told me how to make this very simple fruit salad. Since then, it has been a side dish staple at our house and has been shared with extended family and friends who love it as much as my daughter does.
