Peanut Clusters

Homemade chocolate Peanut Clusters are an easy and delicious holiday treat! These definitely need to be on your goodie platter this holiday season!

This is my sister's Peanut Cluster recipe and she has been making this recipe for years. This recipe makes a lot of Peanut Clusters so if you are putting together a lot of goodie trays, this recipe will work well for you! My sister makes these up and gives them away to her neighbors and friends.

What You Need:

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Milk Chocolate Chips

Almond Bark (White)

Salted Peanuts

How To Make Peanut Clusters

These no-bake Peanut Clusters are very easy to make and can be whipped up in about 15 minutes. Peanut Clusters are a classic Christmas candy and will pair well with Chocolate Fudge!

Step 1: place the semi-sweet chocolate chips, the milk chocolate chips and the almond bark (cut into pieces) in microwave safe bowl and cook on high for one minute, then stir. Continue to cook at 30 second intervals, stirring after each cook time, until the mixture is creamy. Be very careful not to cook longer increments as you do not want to burn the chocolate.

Step 2: stir in the dry roasted salted peanuts and combine until all peanuts are fully covered.

Step 3: use a spoon or small to medium cookie scoop to drop the chocolate covered peanuts on to a lined cookie sheet. Wax paper or parchment paper work equally well.

If you plan to top the chocolate covered peanuts with Christmas sprinkles or sea salt, you will need to do this step now so it will stick to the chocolate before it is set up.

Step 4: place the Peanut Clusters in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator to cool until the chocolate is set.

Making Peanut Clusters is so easy, but they are so delicious and perfect on your Christmas goodie tray! Everyone will love them especially if they are served on a cute board like this, made by my husband!

How To Store Peanut Clusters

As mentioned above, keep the Peanut Clusters in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator in an air tight container. You may also freeze the Peanut Clusters. Once the chocolate is set, place in an airtight container or freezer bag. When you are ready to serve, place them in your refrigerator for a couple of hours (they are also good to eat straight from the freezer!).

I hope you love this family favorite! They are Forkin' Good!
