This Pork Chop Casserole is a family favorite! Crispy pork chops are smothered with a creamy rice sauce and baked until tender. This is an easy and delicious dinner the whole family will love!

This is another delicious and easy recipe from my sister from another mister and her mom. This is truly comfort food that is easy to make! I have mentioned before what a wonderful cook and mentor my sister from another mister (my sister-in-law) has been to me. Her mom taught her well and this is another recipe from her mom's collection that comes together in just a few easy steps.

If you love easy and delicious meals, check out some of my favorites:

How To Make Pork Chop Casserole

Once you have you pork chops seared, layer on the rest of the ingredients and you'll have a hearty and delicious meal in about an hour!

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium skillet, add the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Allow the pork chops to sear on high heat on each side for just a couple of minutes. The goal is to brown the pork chops, not cook them through. The pork chops will will be fully cooked and tender after baking.

Step 2: Place the seared pork chops in your prepared baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine the milk and soup and stir well. Add the Minute Rice and mix until full combined. Pour over the pork chops.

Step 3: Loosely cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake for one hour. The pork should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

How to Store Pork Chop Casserole

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This meal warms up well in the microwave for lunch the next day!

Your family will love this delicious comfort food on a cool night! Give it a try because it is Forkin' Good!
