How to Make This Cookie
This is a basic cookie recipe with ingredients you may have in your pantry. This comes together very quickly and simply.
Start by mixing all of your dry ingredients together - the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder and set aside. In your stand mixer, combine the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Once well combined, add the eggs and blend well.
Add the flour mixture next along with the oats, vanilla and white chocolate chips and mix well. Lastly, stir in the chopped macadamia nuts. I did this step by hand.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F. The cookie will be soft on the inside and crispy around the edges. Give this Forkin' Good Recipe a try!
